Multi-Organization
Note: Multi-Org is a add-on module
Organizations (as opposed to store locations) are typically used to segregate your transactions (for reporting and analytics) into separate legal entities, subsidiaries or "groups". For example, if you have a parent company and two subsidiaries, you can create:
- Parent Company Inc
- ABC Inc
- XYZ Inc
Once enabled, a Terminal uses the Organization selected on the Settings object to write the transactions.
