From their humble beginnings in 1883, they have grown to a successful business with 12 (and growing) stores in the Susquehanna Valley region throughout Pennsylvania.
Cole’s ERP solution was nearing end of life, and they knew they had to make a decision to replace it. Flexibility and functionality were top of mind for them to keep up with their current customer demand.

System Replaced: A legacy character-based, keyboard driven POS and back-end system that was nearing end of life. In choosing NetSuite, Cole's also purchased NetSuite SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS) for POS.
Problems: Slow and outdated system with no offline availability (if the internet was down), slow transaction processing with credit cards and an end of life ERP system. In moving to NetSuite and NetSuite SCIS, their ERP problems were resolved, but SCIS did not perform well enough to support their busy peaks of shopping and desire for a snappy experience at all times.
